Patient Confidentiality - As a healthcare provider we hold medical information. We are bound by the same confidentiality laws as the medical profession. All our staff members, as part of their contract are bound by the same laws.

Safety Control - this practice believes that sterilization and general cleanliness is of paramount importance.

• Disposable items are used wherever possible.
• Surgical gloves are worn for all procedures (and changed between every patient).
• Our Vacuum Autoclave (the latest technology) is used for sterilization of all instruments including slow and high speed hand pieces after EVERY USE. This also provides a printout confirm that each cycle is correctly carried out.

Refreshments include tea, coffee and fruit cordial which are provided throughout the day for patients guests in reception. All our surgeries are climate controlled / air conditioned for your comfort.

Children are welcome in the practice with a children's area in reception available.

All treatment is guaranteed and can then be insured in the long term.
