The “ValueWhite” Tooth Lightening System

The “ValueWhite" Tooth Lightening System offers fantastic convenience and allows you to re-freshen your tooth shade at your convenience. Simply store the whitening gels in your fridge and re-apply when convenient.

Initially, an impression is taken of your teeth. Our laboratory then creates a clear soft silicone "mouth guard" appliance.  A record is made of the initial colour / shade and you are supplied with a shade guide for you to compare and monitor the gradual whitening at home. The treatment duration can be self managed although present guidelines suggest that approximately 45 minutes per day will provide optimal results.

After 2-3 weeks you may wish to record the new lighter colour and then maintain your new shade by occasional use.

Zoom2 “In Surgery” Tooth Whitening System

We offer the Zoom2 “In Surgery” Tooth Whitening System (as seen on extreme makeover). This treatment involves using a hydrogen peroxide gel in conjunction with a specially designed ultraviolet lamp to produce maximum whitening results in the shortest possible time.

During the procedure, the whitening gel will be applied and your teeth will be exposed to the light from the Zoom! lamp for three (3), 15-minute sessions. During the entire treatment, a plastic retractor will be placed in your mouth to help keep it open and the soft tissues of your mouth (i.e. your lips, gums, cheeks and tongue) will be “protected”. Lip balm may also be applied as needed and you will be provided with an ultraviolet light filter for your eyes.

After the treatment is completed, the retractor and all gel and tissue coverings will be removed. Before and after the treatment, the shade of your upper-front teeth will be assessed and recorded.

Fluid Abrasion Gentle Stain Removal

In addition to de-scale & polishes, fluid abrasion can be used to gently remove stains from the tooth surface (making de-scale and polishes most efficient and comfortable), without the need for anaesthetics.
